Color Fest and Propoganda

I thought I'd post some cell phone pictures from our adventures at the Hare Krishna Festival of Colors. It's a peace promoting event in which everyone hurls colored chalk at each other. Kristi's first attack was a blast of pink in the face from a total stranger. We progressively got more and more colorful as the day went on. It was a blast.

Here's Monday's picture post. It's a little piece of propaganda, mostly for Dad and Phil.

Kristi, The Color Correction Master

Above, Kristi Shimek hard at work, stationed at the newly formed color correction station in our living room. I thought I'd take a photo in case we get audited for claiming the TV as a business expense. It will still be a few weeks before we venture out into the light, so don't be shocked by our ghostly appearance should we cross your path.

The Truth About Story Structure: Part Two

Sorry about not posting a pic today. I'll make up for it with the second installment of "The Truth About Story Structure". Today's topic: Super Heroes...

I also must apologize about how all the videos I post from YouTube seem to be cropped. I'll try and figure that out and fix it. Let me know if any of you have figured out how to make Blogs and YouTube get along.

If Cartoons Were Real...

I'm going to give this Monday thing another try. So today I'm sharing a little bit of a themed picture collection.

It's funny to think about what cartoons would be like if they were real.

Ok, maybe it's a little freaky. But it's freakier to think about what they would look like in real life with cartoon proportions.

In other news, Dragon Hunter received its first 5 star review on Hulu. He didn't discriminate against the movie, so I won't discriminate against his spelling.
